2001-12-09 - 7:52 a.m. Well, last night's TN/LSU game just goes to show....you win some, you lose some MISERABLY!! I couldn't believe the difference between the TN team last week against Florida, and the TN team that played LSU last night. It was just like night and day! Grrrrrr! Losing really sucks, but ya know what? At least we can say we WON in THE SWAMP this year, breaking a 30-year losing streak there! All in all, it's been a pretty good weekend, although I've not done anything major. I've been reading The Pilot's Wife here and there, and it's sooo good, such a well-written book! Today we work on getting Mike ready to go out to sea for a couple of days, which shouldn't be hard. No major uniform preparation, which is a good thing! He's going to the ship tonight just so he can get things squared away before they pull out tomorrow. When he gets back, though, we'll be heading to Tennessee for the holidays! I printed out a coupon for the new aquarium they have in Gatlinburg, I'd so love to see it! Of course, it'll be like the many other times we've gone home....so much to do, and so little time to do it in! Never a dull moment! Sign My Tag Board
